Yes. We provide custom transformer designs based on rated capacity, primary and secondary voltage, frequency, vector group, impedance, winding material, insulation level, cooling method, tap changer, installation environment and protection requirements.

Our transformers can be designed and manufactured according to applicable international standards and project specifications, including IEC 60076, IEEE/ANSI C57 and relevant CSA requirements. Certification and compliance requirements should be confirmed according to the transformer type and destination market.

Each transformer undergoes factory inspection and applicable routine testing before shipment. Depending on the transformer type and project requirements, testing may include winding resistance, voltage ratio, insulation resistance, no-load loss, load loss, impedance and dielectric tests. Type tests, special tests and witness FAT can also be arranged when required.
