Core Design

1. High-Quality Cold-Rolled Silicon Steel Sheets: The core uses premium cold-rolled silicon steel sheets to reduce no-load loss.
2. Fully Inclined, Pore-Free Structure: The core is designed with a fully inclined, pore-free structure, with glass tape binding the side columns. The upper and lower yokes are tightened with glass tape through pull frames mounted on clamps, enhancing stability and short-circuit resistance.
3. Anti-Magnetic Steel Pull Plate: The core employs anti-magnetic steel pull plates to firmly connect the upper and lower clamps with the core, forming a rigid frame structure for improved stability.
4. Core Lamination: The core lamination uses a non-overlapping assembly process, which helps further reduce losses.

Coil Design

1. Internal Shielding Structure: Coils of 110KV and above voltage levels use interleaved or inserted internal shielding structures, improving impulse voltage distribution.
2. Transposed and Composite Conductors: The use of transposed and composite conductors reduces additional losses in the coils. Computer simulations ensure excellent electrical properties and impact strength.
3. Rounded Corner Spacers and Pads: The spacers and pads within the coils have rounded corners to enhance insulation strength.

Process and Structure

1. Integrated Assembly Process: The winding assembly process is improved by using integrated coil assembly, increasing product reliability and shortening the processing cycle, ensuring product quality.
2. Oil Cylinder Compression: Large transformer bodies use oil cylinder compression nails to prevent coil loosening during operation.
3. Bell-Type Tank: The tank is bell-type, with folded plate reinforcement welded on the walls, significantly increasing mechanical strength and enhancing appearance.
4. Magnetic or Aluminum Shielding: The inner walls of the tank feature magnetic or aluminum shielding to reduce stray losses; some ultra-large transformers use non-magnetic steel plates for the tank.

Additional Design Details

1. Positioning Devices: Positioning devices between the transformer body and the tank prevent displacement during transportation.
2. Diaphragm-Type Conservator: The conservator uses a diaphragm-type design to prevent transformer oil from contacting the atmosphere, avoiding moisture and aging. A magnetic oil gauge is installed to directly check the oil level.
3. Oil and Gas Routing System: The transformer is equipped with a comprehensive oil and gas routing system. The tank top has two pressure relief devices that reliably release energy when internal pressure reaches 50-66KPa, ensuring safe operation.
